Our practice is proud to champion the fight to eradicate breast cancer by partnering with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The foundation is a global leader in the fight against breast cancer and works through a network of U.S. and international Affliates and programs like the Komen Race for the Cure®.

The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation was founded on a promise made between two sisters - Susan (Suzy) Goodman Komen and Nancy Goodman Brinker. Suzy was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1978, a time when little was known about the disease and it was rarely discussed in public. Suzy died two years later at the age of 36. Before she died Suzy asked Nancy to promise to do everything possible to bring an end to breast cancer. Nancy kept her promise by establishing the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in 1982 in Suzy's memory.

Our entire staff is committed to making a difference in our community by working with the Komen Foundation Greater Cincinnati Affiliate to financially support and volunteer time to advance their goals to fund innovative research and community-based outreach programs. Through SMILES for a CAUSE, when you refer a friend, we will donate $25.00 to the foundation in both your name and your friend's name.
