Insurance Coordinator

Donna helps patients determine their dental insurance benefits. She is responsible for filing insurance claims and ongoing follow-up with insurance companies on the behalf of patients.

Donna has been in the dental industry for 25 years working in various aspects of operations including Office Administration and as a Dental Assistant.

She is a 1983 graduate of the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology with a degree in Dental Assisting and Office Administration.
