Patient Coordinator

It breaks my heart to say goodbye to all of our wonderful patients. Due to my health and the needs of my family, I will no longer be apart of Dr. McIntosh's team. Sherry, Darlene and the rest of the staff will take good care of you. (If not, you call me!) I have loved getting to know everyone and I will miss you.
