Payment Options

As a courtesy to our patients we accept most dental insurance plans and ask that copayments be paid at the time of service. For patients without insurance or who undergo cosmetic and elective procedures, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. In addition, there are financing options available today that make cosmetic procedures affordable on any budget. Patients may apply for payment plans through Care Credit or ChaseHealthAdvance. The application process is easy and payment terms are flexible. Credit is based on qualified treatments. Ask Donna or Sheryl for more information or visit:
