At
our practice, progressive dental care means keeping up-to-date with the
latest in technological advances in cosmetic dentistry. In addition to
her years of experience, Dr. McIntosh continues her education by attending
special training courses. She is pleased to offer the following cosmetic
dentistry services to her patients.
Bonding
Bonding is a procedure that can improve the appearance of teeth that are
chipped, broken, cracked, stained, or have spaces between them. With bonding,
tooth-colored materials are attached, or bonded, to a tooth surface.
Computerized Imaging
Computerized Imaging is a tool that helps us to show patients how they
will look after a certain treatment is completed.
Intraoral Television Camera
Just imagine a small camera that captures video footage of your mouth
and you get the concept of the Intraoral Camera.
Multimedia Patient Education System
This state-of-the-art educational system is available in all exam rooms
and its use is to help visually and verbally explain procedures.
Tooth
Whitening
Our professional in-office accelerated whitening system can take as
little as an hour during a few visits. This procedure does a wonderful
job of brightening teeth that are discolored, stained, or darkened due
to injury.
Veneers
Veneers are custom-made shells of porcelain that cover the front side
of the teeth. They are used to treat spaces between teeth that are permanently
stained, poorly shaped or slightly crooked.
