A graduate of Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio and the Institute of Medical-Dental Technology in Fairfield, Ohio, Ms. Jeffers has over ten years of professional experience aiding in direct patient care and patient relations.

Additionally, Ms. Jeffers has the EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxilary) certification administered by the State of Ohio Dental Board. This designation allows her to perform advanced dental tasks and procedures.

Ms. Jeffers resides in the Loveland community with her husband and 3 children.
